WDCA State Tournament of Champions VSS Results – 1998-1999

The Wisconsin Debate Coaches Association held its annual State Tournament of Champions on January 22-23, 1999. Friday’s competition was held at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh while Saturday’s rounds moved to the campuses of Sheboygan North and South High Schools. It took a 4-2 record with 329 points to clear.
