Waupaca Wins PF Championship at WHSFA-WDCA State

After six rounds, the First Wisconsin State Debate Tournament in Public Forum advance to Quarterfinals. It took a 3-3 record with 220 H/L points and 330 total points to clear. The final round featured a debate between Appleton East and Waupaca. On a 2-1 Decision, Waupaca claimed the championship. Waupaca is coached by Neil Young and Appleton East is coached by Mike Traas.
