WFD March Madness Pool, Round 2

March 11, 2007 – 6:57 pm by: Nick Bubb

While the forensics season is heating up, so is the world of college basketball. If you’re a fan of the NCAA Basketball Championship, then this is for you: the WFD Hoops Challenge Round Two.

In keeping with last year’s tradition, Wisconsin Forensics Daily presents a free Final Four Challenge at Yahoo! It’s free to join, and is fun to play. Anyone can join, and all it takes is a Yahoo! id (which is also free). We invite everyone - judges, coaches, and competitors to join in on the fun. Show off your college basketball knowledge and establish bragging rights.

To join go to: http://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/men and create a bracket. Once there, make sure you join the WFD Custom Group - information necessary to do this is enclosed below.

Yahoo Group Name: Wisconsin Forensics Daily
Yahoo Group ID#: 80876
Yahoo Group Password: speechgeek

As with last year, the winner will be showered with praise as the Wisconsin Forensics World’s Basketball Guru. And the winner will also be posted right here, on WFD. Let the Madness Begin!

  4. Mr. Bubb,

How long did it take you to create the group?
I am thinking of starting one for my office and wanted to know if the sign up process is lengthy or not. Thanks in advance.

  5. Not long. About five-ten minutes. The most time consuming part of the process is sending the information to everyone.

The nifty thing about yahoo is that you don’t have to re-fill out your brackets. You only have to complete the task once.

    CA - ERRRR

    TX - ERRRR

    NC - ERRRR

    IL - ERRR

No, TENNESSEE!!! Memphis, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt. That shocked me. I was surprised years ago when NC used to dominate, but TN?
