WFCA Proposes Bylaw Changes

There are three bylaw change items posted on the WFCA web site that will be acted upon at the September 20 meeting. There are also revisions to the speech topics I want to be sure coaches are informed now and encouraged to attend the meeting, Saturday, September 20, at Marquette University.
