Lincoln-Douglas – Resolved: The United States ought to submit to the jurisdiction of an international court designed to prosecute crimes against humanity.

Public Forum – Resolved: That, by 2040, the federal government should mandate that all new passenger vehicles and light trucks sold in the United States be powered by alternative fuels.

  2. Anyone know what’s up with the continued similarities between the PF and policy topics? I thought these forms of debate were supposed to be different from each other?

  3. Who cares if there are similarities? Maybe the topics are similar because alternative energy is a big issue. The debates are still quite different from each other, and there is always next month
