JMM Releases Extemp Topics
February 27, 2009 – 10:35 am by: Nick BubbThe Sandy Theobald Invitational at James Madison Memorial has released their extemporaneous speaking topics for this weekend’s tournament. The tournament continues its tradition of writing a boat load of extemp questions (95 to be exact – but they’d like to let you know they wrote 101 and threw out six) in the hopes of offering the best competition. Additionally, the tournament plans to continue its procedure of offering extempers two different envelopes to draw from each round – each envelope with its own topic.

Africa and Europe
United States Policy Issues
Asia and the Middle East
United States National Politics
World Affairs
Wisconsin Policy and Politics
