Forensics/Speech Camp Added to MUDI

June 1, 2009 – 1:26 pm by: Adam Jacobi

Ever wish your students were a bit more prepared for the season? Want to get a jump start on a great 2010 Forensics Season?  Now is the time to get ready at the Marquette University Debate Institute (MUDI) Individual Events Summer Camp!

Please invite your students to take advantage of the opportunity to attend a first-rate forensics camp right here in their home state!  The Marquette University Debate Institute is offering, for the first time, an Individual Events camp.  Dates are July 19-26, and both resident and commuter options are available.

The Individual Events camp provides a dynamic, talented group of coaches and former competitors from Wisconsin and beyond in a hands-on environment that offers closely supervised preparation of all Wisconsin categories, as well as all NFL and NCFL events.  Students will leave camp with a complete forensics piece.

Please visit MUDI’s Web site for more information.  Questions can be directed to Mary Wacker.

  2. I am working in Milwaukee. And, although I am getting old, I am available on a less-than-full-time basis for coaching if any in the area needs an assistant. Contact me at krokosky@wisc.edu to discuss…

  3. Sadly, the speech lab got canceled along with the rest of MUDI. Happily, the Wisconsin Summer Forensics Institute will be held in Brookfield July 20-25. We will probably remain an independent event again in 2010 – as we have been around and growing for the past five years. Will get info out to all of you for next year!
